Chef Debra has been a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation since 1994 and is also a member of the American Personal & Private Chef's Association.

Chef Queen's Cuisine is a sole proprietorship, developed with enthusiasm using scratch style cuisine with a healthy edge. She refers to it as Modern Upscale Comfort Food. Her goal is to use clean, organic, unprocessed foods in interesting and unique presentations with an emphasis on small plates with BIG Flavors.
